During the summer months, University Center rents out both Apartment and Suite style units for Chicago interns and others looking for summer housing in the Windy City. All units are fully furnished and include an extra-long twin bed, desk and chair, bookcase, closet with organizer, telephone with free local calls and internet access.

4 Bedroom Apartment
Apartment-style unit with 4 private bedrooms with twin beds, 2 baths
Apartment style units have fully equipped kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove-top oven as well as a comfortable living and dining area.
Suite
Connected suites with 2 twin beds each, semi-private bath
Guests choosing suite-style units will have access to common kitchenette and lounge areas located on each floor. Available in 3 room configurations: Shared, Private or Semi-Private. One meal per day included.
Meal Plans
Suite Meal Plan
Daily Breakfast is included with your Suite housing rate. All meals are redeemed in the Dining Center and include any selection from the dining stations. Retail and pre-packaged items are also available at an additional cost.
Apartment Meal Plan
A meal plan is not included with the housing rate. If you would like to add a meal plan, Please visit the Rates page for meal plan options.
Roommates
All room assignments are made with respect to the gender and age of the applicant. If you have a roommate request, please indicate in the booking notes section of the online
reservation form. University Center will make every effort to accommodate roommate requests; however, due to space constraints, fulfillment of all requests cannot be promised. Roommate requests must be mutual and it is recommended that application contracts for prospective roommates be submitted together.
